Boulder Creek owns and operates a fleet of heavy equipment of over 65 trucks with salters including payloaders, bobcats, skid steers, sidewalk equipment, and dump trucks strategically placed throughout the tri-state. Our company has a staff of over 250 employees of equipment operators, laborers, truck drivers, supervisors, foremen, dispatchers, mechanics, and office staff who are dedicated to snow and ice management during snow events. All of our staff members work on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis and are ready for any snow event at any time.

Boulder Creek Group offers a variety of contracts for your RFPs

Per Push Contract

A push is defined as one clearing of the entire premises such as lots, walks, and drives being plowed. Each push is individually charged.
Per push plowing provides site specific planning by determining response protocols based on hours of business operation, providing zero tolerance services when needed.
De-icing/Salting is charged on a per application basis.
Payloaders/Skid Steers will be used to stack or move snow if needed due to excessive and consecutive snow events in order to maintain safety and capacity of parking areas.
Snow Hauling where Boulder Creek will provide dump trucks and loaders to load and haul away excess snow off premises.

Seasonal Contract

A seasonal contract is a fixed price, no matter how much, or how little snow falls during the snow season.
Seasonal contracts are based on the equipment needed for the site. The average yearly snow totals for your site location.
Seasonal contracts help property managers/owners and tenants budget yearly maintenance costs to maintain consistent payments.

Per Event Contract

An event is defined as a continuous storm within a 24-hour period.
Per event service requires each site to have one or more pieces of equipment assigned specifically to that property.
Each event snow total is added into a pricing bracket, which is billed by a yearly bracketed price based off of how much, or how little snow occurred throughout the season.
